When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will be processed and dispatched at 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you've placed your order on Saturday (after 3pm) or Sunday, please allow until Monday for your order to be dispatched.

Does Covid-19 affect delivery times?

If your product breaks within 1 year of purchase, we'll send you a new one completely free of charge.

Can I cancel my order?
To make sure you receive your order as soon as possible, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it.
